FROM BREWERY TO DOOR
We ship beer responsibly, with the extra steps that alcohol delivery requires. Merch follows the same clear order flow, with product-specific exceptions noted below.

01 / FULFILLMENT
Orders are facilitated through compliant third-party retailers and fulfillment partners. Most orders leave within one to three business days, Monday through Friday. Busy periods may take up to three or four business days.
02 / DELIVERY
After shipment, standard delivery generally takes one to five business days. Carrier timelines vary by destination, weather, holidays, and local restrictions. Tracking is emailed when the shipping label is created; check spam and contact us if it has not arrived after three business days.
03 / ALCOHOL
Every shipment containing alcohol requires an adult who is at least 21 to be present, show valid photo identification, and sign. Carriers will not leave alcohol unattended. If delivery is missed, the carrier may make additional attempts before returning the package.
04 / RESTRICTIONS
Alcohol can be shipped only where sale and delivery are permitted by law and carrier rules. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Some U.S. locations may have additional restrictions.
05 / ADDRESS & RETURNS
Email orders@3rddeckbrewing.com immediately for an address issue or missed signature. All sales are final. For damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing items, contact us within three days with photos or video. An approved refund or replacement may be available; returned packages may be refunded less taxes, shipping, and applicable restocking charges.
06 / MERCH
Merchandise ships according to the fulfillment option shown at checkout. Apparel, drinkware, stickers, accessories, and pet products do not require an adult signature unless an order also includes alcohol. Product-specific availability, variants, and delivery estimates appear on each product page.
