02 / ALCOHOL SALES
Age and responsible use
Alcohol may be sold and fulfilled by licensed retailers and only where sale and delivery are permitted. You confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that any alcohol you order is for your own use or to gift to a person in the United States who is at least 21, and that the delivery location permits the transaction. We do not sell alcohol to anyone under 21.
03 / ORDERS
Acceptance and fulfillment
Orders are subject to acceptance and shipment by the applicable licensed retailer. A retailer may refuse an order for legal, technical, inventory, pricing, or other legitimate reasons. A contract is not final until the order ships. If you were charged for an order that is refused, the charged amount will be refunded in full. The recipient must be at least 21 and may be required to show valid identification and sign for delivery.
04 / USE OF PRODUCTS
No resale
Products purchased through the store are for personal use or gifting as allowed by law. You may not resell alcohol or use the Services for unlawful activity.
05 / RETURNS
All sales are final
All sales are final and we do not accept ordinary returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email orders@3rddeckbrewing.com within three days with photos or video. After review, we may approve a refund or replacement. For an incorrect address or a missed adult signature that causes a package to be returned, contact us; any approved refund may exclude shipping and applicable restocking charges.

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, and site content accurate, but occasional errors may occur. We may correct errors, change information, or limit quantities without notice where permitted by law.
