Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with 3rd Deck Brewing Co.

All of our products are Print-on-Demand (POD) and custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference or change of mind.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at  info@3rddeckbrewing.com
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started.
  • After production begins, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Please email us at info@3rddeckbrewing.com with your order number.
  • After Printify confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please double-check shipping addresses and product details before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages.
